2022 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc

Medium yellow with golden reflections, shiny in the glass. It presents itself fresh, with elegant fruit aromas (no malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural acidity and freshness of the aromas and maturation exclusively in steel tanks, no wooden barrels). Notes of yellow stone fruit, hay and herbs, some traces of exotic fruits, mango. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, powerful, with ripe fruit, intense and very dense. Beautiful, spicy finish. A special white wine from the southern Rhone.

Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 10 degrees Celsius, goes well with fried fish, creamy risotto with roasted porcini mushrooms, grilled seafood and poultry as well as medium-aged soft cheeses. We recommend drinking this wine until 2027.
