2020 Château Fabre Gasparets BIO

Dark ruby red in the glass, intense, dense aroma of black berries and licorice. On the palate, very nice fullness, juicy, crisp, fresh fruit aromas, delicate structure, melting, warmth and a nice spiciness. Typical Corbières. A lot of wine at a fair price.

Recommendation: Serve at 17 degrees Celsius, goes well with spicy meat dishes, roast or grilled beef steaks, braised lamb or roast duck. A medium-bodied cheese also goes well with this wine. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2025.
