Vineyard: in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio. SOIL TYPE: marl and clay. VINIFICATION SYSTEM: AND MATURATION: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates, with an eight-hour cold maceration in a horizontal press and subsequent purification of the must by decanting. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 €C. At the end of fermentation, the wine matures for around five months in the same vats at a constant temperature. At the end of this period, bottling takes place, followed by refinement in the bottle before the wine is marketed. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: It has a straw yellow color, sometimes golden, always with slight greenish reflections. The intense and characteristic aroma is reminiscent of exotic fruits, melon and yellow pepper. It expresses a range of aromas in perfect harmony. On the palate, it is dry, well-structured and generous.
