2022 Chardonnay Friuli Grave Korken

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees. At the end of fermentation, the product thus obtained is not decanted and therefore matures for about four months in the same vats, keeping it at a constant temperature. At the end of this period, bottling takes place, followed by refinement in the bottle before the wine is marketed. Straw yellow in color, it has an aroma reminiscent of golden apple, bread crust and peach, the taste is velvety.
