2019 Tiareblu Rosso delle Venezie Merlot & Cabernet

Vineyard: Tiare Blu is located in the hamlet of Ruttars in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio. Vinification: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates, gently destemmed and then fermented on the skins at a controlled temperature of 20€C for eighteen days. This is followed by eighteen months of ageing in barriques at a constant temperature of 20€C. At the end of this period, the final blending and bottling takes place, followed by a further long maturation in the bottle. Bright red with garnet reflections, it has an intense, full and fragrant aroma with a scent of raspberry and blackberry, the taste is dry, full-bodied, harmonious, spicy and very persistent.
