2020 Gewürztraminer GC Furstentum

All of Domaine Weinbach's wines are made from its own biodynamically cultivated grapes, which express the unique character of the vineyards. The Gewurztraminer grapes for this wine come from the famous Grand Cru vineyard Furstentum.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo natural fermentation in neutral oak and mature for 10 months in large old barrels. With around 32 g/l of residual sugar, this wine is not sweet, but has enough weight and body to enhance the spicy, floral aromas for which the grape is known.

An excellent version of Gewürztraminer that goes well with a variety of European and Asian dishes.
