2022 Domaines Ott Rosé Romassan

Bright, peach-colored robe with a wonderful sheen. Complex bouquet with light roasted aromas. Initial notes of grapefruit are followed by aromas of fresh exotic fruit and lemon verbena. Dense and round on the palate with notes of citrus fruits and a hint of licorice, which underlines the character of the wine. Slightly mentholated finish with hints of candied citrus fruits that provide a nice acidity.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, goes wonderfully with light starters, pickled salmon, pasta with olives and air-dried ham, grilled or roasted fish and white meat as well as braised vegetables.
