2022 Domaines Ott Rosé Clos Mireille

Wonderful sand-golden robe with copper-colored reflections. Very expressive, extremely seductive bouquet with aromas of peaches, exotic fruits, currants and cardamom. Intense and at the same time very concentrated on the palate. Then very full-bodied and soft as well as pleasantly balanced with a wonderful acidity and notes of lemon zest. The finish is characterized by a tasty freshness that is accompanied by spicy notes.

Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled at 10-12 degrees Celsius. Goes wonderfully with light starters, pickled salmon, grilled or roasted fish and white meat as well as braised vegetables. We recommend drinking this wine young.
