2022 Maximin Pinot Blanc

The nose of the MAXIMIN Pinot Blanc is very fruity and crystal clear. You can smell green fruit such as gooseberry and Granny Smith apple, but also yellow fruit such as pear and quince. The slate minerality is already clearly noticeable on the nose. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a wonderful balance of fruit, subtle acidity and minerality. The fruit here is now much more yellow and exotic: yellow stone fruit such as mirabelle plums and apricots can be tasted as well as pineapple and honeydew melon. A light herbal spice gives the wine a lovely freshness and length on the finish.

Recommendation: Adds a pleasant freshness and fruitiness to dishes such as beet salad with goat's cream cheese or pumpkin ricotta ravioli
