2021 Grünhäuser Riesling dry 1.5l

Fresh lemon, lychee and honeydew melon. There is also a fine aroma of lemon balm, mint and green tea. It has a fragrant floral character. Yellow dandelion and white spring flowers combine with the typical impression of wet stone, ice candy and dark slate minerality. The aromatic impression is echoed on the palate. Freshly squeezed sweet lemon, Granny Smith apple and white peaches combine with an enormous mineral spiciness. The wine creates tension on the palate, which is supported by lean but precise acidity. On the finish, it leaves the typical Grünhausen herbal aroma and saltiness on the tongue.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 10-12 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with seafood starters and fish dishes.
