Powerful, rich, round and mineral wine. Bright yellow color. Elegant and complex nose. The aromas are reminiscent of citrus fruits and white flowers. The wine is harmonious on the palate and develops a beautiful taste.

Recommendation: A wine that can be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to starters, main courses or cheese. It is perfect for buffets: Crustaceans, oysters, fish, white meat, frogs' legs, snails, omelettes, gratins, cakes, mixed salads, delicatessen, fresh cheeses (cow, sheep, goat).
