2022 Chablis

A dry and fruity wine. Pale gold in color with greenish reflections, aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit and a hint of coriander on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and fruity with mineral notes. Easy to drink with a pleasant and long finish.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 11 -13 degrees Celsius, preferably in large wine glasses, as this allows the many aromas to develop best. The wine goes very well with fried fish dishes, e.g. fried sole with creamy white truffle risotto, as well as white meat and medium-strong cheeses. The optimum drinking age is now until 2031.
