After maturing for 10 months on the fine lees in 1/3 new wooden barrels, the wine was batonnaged for the first 6 months in the Burgundian style. Finally, the Chardonnay displays an elegant and complex bouquet with aromas of fresh and ripe fruit with a hint of vanilla and roasted nuts. Well-balanced on the palate with beautiful minerality and wonderful length.
