2019 Instinct Blanc Saumur Extra Brut Millesime

The Instinct is the top cuvée from Bouvet-Ladubay.90% Chenin Blanc, coated with a small amount of Chardonnay. It is matured in oak barrels, which gives it a very creamy and full-bodied style. Very complex and elegant, creamy on the palate, with beautiful brioche tones. Definitely plays in the champagne league, at a comparatively reasonable price, for us one of the most beautiful sparkling wines of the house.
