Light pastel rosé, fine perlage, with a beautiful bouquet of red fruits, a strong, full-bodied palate, fresh, also red fruits and forest fruits, with clear fruit and a lively structure. This rosé champagne is only available in small quantities. It is produced using the same method as Théophile Brut, but with a small addition of red wine from Mareuil-sur-Ay.
Recommendation: At 9 degrees Celsius as an aperitif as well as with salmon and crab, fine fish and seafood, fresh sheep's cheese and desserts such as zabaglione with red fruits. To drink until 2015.
