A vintage with great balance. At first glance, it shows a vibrant and bright red color. The nose explodes with small fruits, such as red and black cherries. On the palate, it is rich and elegant, with a dense tannic structure and a long-lasting flavor. It is already very pleasant now, but will reach its peak in a few years. Manual selection of the grapes before and after destemming with an optical selector. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts and maceration, which is supported by frequent punching down. All this takes place in truncated cone-shaped steel tanks, which are opened for 13 days at a controlled temperature.
