2019 Cruor Tinto

Cherry color with a good layer. The nose is fresh, with a predominance of aromas of Mediterranean herbs, balsamic and spicy notes that combine with the black fruits of the wine. On the palate, it has a sweet entry and is round and dense with a freshness in the middle of the mouth. The tannins are elegant and polished. A long wine with all the essence of Priorat.

Recommendation: Due to its fullness and power, it is recommended to serve this wine with a hearty dish, such as spicy lamb in a red wine sauce or savory tapas such as albóndigas con salsa tomato or pimientos de padron. Decanted beforehand and well tempered, the wine unfolds its full potential. Thanks to its structure and strength, the wine can easily be stored for 10 years.
