Bouvet Ladubay's flagship wine, which can certainly hold its own with first-class champagne, is Tresor Blanc. The wines are matured in barriques before being fermented a second time in the bottle; the grape varieties are Chardonnay and Chenin blanc. Wonderfully fruity and complex nose, hawthorn and a little vanilla, fine perlage, great elegance and depth. Great!
