Bright yellow with green reflections. Fresh aromas of citrus fruits and gooseberries on the nose. Pleasantly dry on the palate, spicy, fresh, with fine acidity and medium intensity, fresh on the finish.
Recommendation: Enjoy chilled at a temperature of 8 degrees Celsius. Goes well with light salads, asparagus, goat's cheese or grilled fish. We recommend drinking the wine young.
