2019 Château Chante Alouette

Ruby red color, shiny. The bouquet is wonderfully fruity, with juicy cherries, redcurrants, bitter chocolate, tobacco notes and fine spice. On the palate, it is very harmonious, fresh and very complex. The tannin structure is very well defined, ripe and supple. The acidity is noticeable and balanced. It is an elegant wine with a wonderfully long finish.

Recommendation: Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, decant if possible. It goes very well with spicy braised meat, grilled lamb, game birds and spicy cheeses. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2035.
