2022 Village Deidesheim Riesling dry

Yeasty notes with balsamic spice and lime zest. Minerality paired with the salty character typical of Deidesheim. A long finish, characterized by brewer's yeast and smoky notes. Great ageing potential.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-12 degrees Celsius, it goes wonderfully with asparagus risotto with roasted redfish as well as with grilled or roasted poultry and fine, not too aromatic cheese.
