Medium greenish yellow. Inviting aroma of pink-flowered peony. Noble Traminer bitter with striking tropical fruit and noticeable Christmas smoke notes. Lively structure with lots of creaminess and powerful extract sweetness. Long finish. Very good ageing potential.
Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled at 10 degrees Celsius, goes very well with goose liver pâté with brioche, red prawn Thai curry or mild blue cheese.
