2019 Reiterpfad G.C. Riesling dry

Subtle yellow fruit notes and fine minerality on the nose. Yellow stone fruit, red apple and a veritable explosion of spices on the palate, rounded off by a delicate minerality.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, goes very well with grilled crustaceans, stuffed Bresse pigeon, roasted loup de mer with creamy truffle risotto or mature Vacherin cheese. Although the wine is already showing true greatness today, it still has a great future ahead of it. Enjoy this wine until 2027+.
