The grapes for this wine come from the best south-facing vineyards in Pfaffstätten and the best vineyards in Tattendorf. For this wine, the fully ripened grapes are harvested together, gently processed and then fermented after a long maceration period. During fermentation, this wine also contains a certain amount of whole berries in order to achieve a completely different style of wine. The wine is then given plenty of time to mature in stainless steel tanks and remains on the lees until December. Varieties: - Rotgipfler - Chardonnay - Riesling
