2021 Cava Stars Brut Touch of Rosé

This excellent rosé cava is a tribute to the artists - Stars - who have been performing at the music festival at Castillo Perelada every summer for over 30 years and delighting international audiences. Produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method, the Cava Stars Brut Touch of Rosé impresses with a multi-layered bouquet of raspberries, redcurrants and a hint of violets. It is elegant on the palate, with a lively freshness and remarkable length.

Recommendation: An excellent cava as an aperitif, but also with grilled seafood.
