2023 Blanc de Noirs dry VDP estate wine

Blanc de Noirs is a very special type of wine. A kind of white red wine. It may sound quite wrong, but it tastes really good. Pinot Noir is ideally suited to white vinification, it retains its spiciness but has a fresh acidity that is essential for white wine. With its complex aroma and scent of juicy berries and light smoky aromas, it is the perfect accompaniment to a summer barbecue or for a glass between meals.
