2017 Ruppertsberger Hoheburg P.C. Riesling dry

Light yellow color, shiny with a slightly light rim. The wine exudes an intense fruity bouquet of ripe pineapple, yellow apples and yellow plums. On the palate, it is very juicy and wonderfully creamy at the same time. Wonderful harmony between the fresh acidity and the elegant fruit.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-12 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with sole rolls with capers, lime and fragrant rice or Asian cuisine with fruity components. Optimal drinking maturity now until 2028.
