Pierre Brut, named after Pierre Jordan, the founder of the winery, is a cuvée of Burgundy grape varieties based on the Champagne model and consists of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Due to the careful and quality-conscious selection of the base wines, as well as a long and gentle traditional bottle fermentation, the "Pierre" is a sparkling wine of the highest elegance and finesse. It only develops its light copper color very slowly after additional maturation time in the bottle. It has a captivating aroma of red berries and the elegant nuance of freshness resulting from the intensive 24-month fine yeast contact.
