2021 St. Andreas Schlossberg Riesling GG

On the nose, this Riesling initially reveals pineapple in its most beautiful form. Then lots of sour clover, lemon curd and lemon curd. The pronounced fruit carries the striking acidity. This wine is engaging and long on the palate. A play of serving fruit sweetness balances the fresh acidity. You immediately have the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe yellow stone fruit.

Recommendation: Goes well with aromatic dishes such as pork, spicy dishes, grilled mushrooms and cured meats.
