2021 Shiraz Diamond Selection

The Shiraz presents itself in a ruby red color with purple reflections in the glass. Aromas of ripe cherries, juicy mulberries and peppery notes typical of Shiraz fill the nose at first sip. On the palate, the composition of fruit and spice is confirmed in perfect elegance. A fresh and uncomplicated Shiraz that has always been one of the most popular wines in Germany.

Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled at 16-17 degrees Celsius, goes very well with roast dishes, pasta with spicy sauce, grilled food and stir-fries. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2025.
