2022 Grosset Polish Hill Riesling BIO

This wine is bright and powerful, with intense aromas of lime juice that draw the eye. It has a wonderful core of lime and lemongrass, intense and powerful, yet balanced in the mid-palate. A purity that delights: dense and fine, with a long, limey finish and a hint of minerality. So attractive and persistent in its youth, it has the depth, power and balance to be enjoyed now or in 20 years.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 8-10 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with fine starters with game birds, fish dishes or roasted veal fillet, risotto with truffles and grilled seafood.
