Cuvée Zero

The alcohol-free wines are produced using the gentle and fast method of vacuum evaporation. Here, the wine is evaporated at approx. 27 degrees, followed by aroma recovery to preserve the natural grape/wine aromas. Our Zero line is shaped by the interplay of sweetness and acidity alone and is given a certain length on the palate in the sparkling wine in combination with carbon dioxide.

Recommendation: Simply drink solo, as an aperitif or as the perfect non-alcoholic option for a reception.
