Our gentle pink entices the nose with a hint of raspberry. Best enjoyed chilled on the terrace or by the water, with a crisp salad, dressed with a honey and mustard dressing and garnished with a little goat's cheese. This is a great way to bring the warm days or vacation home even in difficult times. The whole thing with a sweet, delicate 6% alcohol content. So nothing stands in the way of a midday drink on a Saturday.

In cooperation with the Wasem winery, a dealcoholized counterpart is added to the original wine. The result is a sparkling, tasty drink.
The Wasem family was born with a passion for wine. The three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard are now the fourth generation to run the down-to-earth but elegant family winery. Their wines stand for varietal, uncomplicated wines that are simply fun on the palate. An adjoining hotel and fine, regional food in the courtyard of the Engelthal monastery complex make for a perfect stay.
