2019 Deutzerhof Légère Cuvée

The grapes for this cuvée are blended together so that the grape varieties form a harmonious unit through joint fermentation. Pinot Noir from the Mayschosser Kessel imparts raspberry, cassis and peppery notes. Structure, color and cherry aromas come from Dornfelder. This wine owes its strength and tannins to the Regent. After controlled fermentation, the wine is stored in steel tanks to preserve its fruitiness. Combined, these grapes produce an uncomplicated red wine that can be enjoyed young.

Recommendation: A wine for every day that also goes well with simple pasta recipes.
